Ingredient List: 1/2 C. Smokey Passion Jerk Sauce (Starport 130) 1/4 C. Garlic Sesame Marinade & Glaze (Starport 4209) 1 lb. Fillet of Salmon, skin-on 3 Tbsp. Corn oil 3 C. Pasta cooked 1/2 C. Sliced red onions 1/2 C. Shredded carrots 1/4 C. Minced parsley or cilantro Recipe for two

1. Marinate salmon with 3 Tbsp. of Smokey Passion Jerk Sauce and 1 Tbsp. of oil about 15 minutes. (Save remaining sauce and oil for later) 2. Cook pasta according to manufacturer’s instruction. 3. Cut vegetables and set aside. 4. Heat a pan on high heat, add oil and onion and sauté about 30 seconds, add in cooked pasta, Garlic Sesame Marinade & Glaze, shredded carrot and parsley, toss well. 5. Heat a grill. When hot, place salmon with skin side down on grill about 6 minutes, baste salmon then turn over and grill another 5 minutes until done. Remove and place skin side on plate then pour on fresh Smokey Passion Jerk Sauce on each serving. Garnish with sliced lemon.
