Ingredient List: 1/2 C. General Kung Pao Sauce (Starport 345)12 oz. Chicken breast, diced 1/2” 1med. Red bell pepper diced 1/2” 1-1/2 C. Baby corn ½” long 2 Tbsp. Roasted peanuts 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil Cilantro for garnish

1. Heat pan at high heat, when hot add 1 Tbsp. oil then chicken and sear 30 seconds. 2. Add bell peppers, baby corn sauté 3 minutes. 3. Add General Kung Pao Sauce. Mix well continues to sauté another 2 minutes until steaming hot. 4. Remove, divide into two servings and garnish with peanuts and cilantro.
