Ingredient List: 3/8 C. Smokey Teriyaki (Starport 220) 20 oz. Ribeye boneless or New York strip steak – 1” thick and cut into 1” cubes 1 small Red onion, sliced 1” x1” 1 med Red bell pepper – cut to 1”x1” 1 med Green bell pepper – cut to 1”x1” 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil Recipe for Two

1. Marinate steak cubes with 2 Tbsp. of Smokey Teriyaki 15-30 minutes. 2. Cut peppers and onions and set aside. 3. Heat a wok or pan at high heat add oil when wok is hot, about 30 seconds. 4. Put steak cubes in wok or pan and spread out evenly, do not stir for 45 seconds to sear the steak. 5. Add in onions and bell peppers and stir-fry 3-5 minutes. Steak will be about medium done. Cook longer for more doneness. 6. Add in 4 Tbsp. of Smokey Teriyaki continue to stir-fry and let sauce reduce until become sticky then remove, divide into 2 servings and serve.
