1/2 C. Coconut Curry Sauce (Starport 123) 12 oz. Prawns, shelled, deveined 4 stalks Green onions 2" slant cut 1 bunch Thai basil, chopped 3 cloves Garlic, sliced 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil Recipe for Two

Instructions: 1. Shell and devein prawns. 2. Remove basil leaves and discard stems, slice Thai basil to ¼”. 3. Slant cut green onions to 2” length. 4. Slice garlic thinly and set aside. 5. Heat a pan at medium high heat; add oil then lay prawns on pan and sear prawns about 1 minute. 6. Add in garlic and sauté another minute, then add in Thai basil and green onions sauté 30 seconds. 7. Add in Coconut Curry Sauce sauté until steaming hot, remove and divide into 2 serving.
