Starport Gourmet is a retail division of Starport Foods, LLC which has been offering years of experience to the Foodservice Industry with Asian Sauces, Pan-Asian Fusion Food Concepts. We want to bring the same high quality, easy to use, innovative multi-ethnic flavors directly to you to make delicious food simply and easily at home. We provide recipes and party menu ideas just as we do for the foodservice industry. David Tsang, founder of House of TsangŪ and Oriental DeliŪ, created StarportŪ Foods, LLC and Le Krewe Restaurant and Oyster Bar. He is a renowned chef, specialty food producer and restaurateur. He developed and produced House of Tsang, a line of Asian stir-fry sauces, flavored oils, and grill sauces for retail and food service, including pre-cooked frozen appetizers, entrees and instant soups. Oriental Deli was created to facilitate supermarkets Asian take-out deli's. This system featured kitchen design, menu and recipe development, software for recipe and inventory management, authentic sauces and cook training. House of Tsang and Oriental Deli were both sold to Hormel FoodsŪ in 1992. David has appeared on television and radio shows and commercials, taught cooking classes and authored "All That Sizzles" cookbook. Starport Foods, LLC was formed in 1997 to offer regional World Flavors to the food service industry, adding Pan-Asian flavors in 1999. Le Krewe Restaurant concept was developed and operated by David serving Creole and Cajun cuisine. Starport Foods, LLC provides on-going support in recipe and menu development.
