Products may be returned within 10 days for a full refund or exchange. However, please do not
return any product without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number,
which may be obtained by contacting Customer Service at Sales@Starportfoods.com. or call us toll
free: 866-206-9343. Credit for the full purchase price, minus the shipping cost, of any item
returned will be issued to the purchasing credit card.
Shipping: We ship FedEx to all points in the USA from Los Angeles, California. Shipping charges
are based on the weight of the order set by UPS. Please call to arrange for other shipping method.
You select: Next Day, Second Day, 3-Day, or Ground at different cost. (Ground shipments can
only be sent to the 48 contiguous US states.) FedEx can not deliver to: PO Box, APO, FPO, and
Military Addresses.
Order Tracking: We'll email  your order status,including when it was shipped, and the FedEx
tracking number.
Sales Tax: There are no sales tax on food items, for non-food items we only collect tax from
California residents.
Discounts: We offer quantity discounts, please call or email us for discounts.
We can custom blending  and private label sauces and seasonings, please contact us.
