David Tsang and Cheryl Tsang are the creators and founders of House of Tsang®, Oriental Deli®, Starport Foods®, Global Select Foods and Le Krewe Restaurant and Oyster Bar.
House of Tsang® produces Asian stir-fry sauces, flavored oils, and Hibachi grill sauces for the retail and foodservice markets. House of Tsang® products include frozen appetizers, frozen entrées, shelf-stable meal kits and instant cup-a-soups.
Oriental Deli®, an Asian turn-key deli program, provides supermarket operators with the operational tools needed to run a profitable Asian take-out deli. The Oriental Deli program features kitchen design, menu and recipe development, software for recipe development and profit and loss calculation, and cook training.
House of Tsang® and Oriental Deli were both sold to Hormel Foods® in 1992, and House of Tsang® was previously sold to Kraft Foods.
Le Krewe Restaurant and Oyster Bar was developed and operated by David Tsang and Cheryl Tsang in San Francisco's Mission District, serving Fusion Cajun Creole cuisine in a festive Mardi Gras setting. Restaurant guests enjoyed Mardi Gras beads, masks and lively Zydeco music while eating delicious Cajun/Fusion treats like "Alligator Potstickers".
Starport Foods® was formed in 1994, offering Innovative World Flavors to the foodservice industry. Starport has national and international distribution. Starport Foods provides on-going recipe and menu development support.
Starport’s customers include: SYSCO, US Foods, Sodexo and Entegra (Starport is a contracted Sodexo vendor), Wegmans, Fishers Foods, Peppermill Casinos, Jacobs Entertainment, Max's of Manila and others.

Global Select Foods was established to provide sales and marketing consultation for foreign Asian food manufacturers and government agencies pursuing entry into the USA markets.
David Tsang is a renowned chef, specialty food producer, and restaurateur. David has appeared on television and radio shows, in TV commercials, taught cooking classes and is the author of "All That Sizzles" cookbook. He is a member of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) since 1988. David, an Electrical Engineer, was the Operations Manager at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center at Stanford University for over 22 years.
Cheryl Tsang is active in the Southern California business community and served on the executive board for the Asian Business Association of Orange County as the Treasurer, Secretary, Board Member and Logistics Chair. Cheryl is a Corporate Communications and Advertising Executive and a Graphic Designer. David and Cheryl have five grown kids and one granddaughter and live in Southern California.
