  • Crispy Seasoning Batter is a complete frying batter, delicately seasoned with garlic powder and onion powder for unlimited, universal applications.
  • First Step : we usually recommend using this product dry. Toss the meat or vegetable product in dry Crispy Seasoning Batter
  • Optional Step 2: sprinkle the dry batter with water, creating little dough blobs and double dredge for a thicker, craggy coating, then into the deep fryer.
  • Optional Step 2: make a wet batter, just add water and whisk together to achieve a pancake batter thickness, double dredge in the wet batter, then into the deep fryer.
  • Optional Step 3: after Step 1 and Step 2, place the battered pieces on a tray (on a rack if available) and chill in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes, then deep fry.
  • Recommended deep frying temperature: 375°, after each frying batch, allow oil to reheat back to 375° before proceeding with the next batch or the 2nd frying.
  • We always recommend twice-frying for an extra crunchy crust that won't get soggy when tossed or dipped in delicious Starport sauces like Hawaiian Sweet and Sour Sauce, Cantonese Sweet & Sour Sauce or Spicy Orange Sauce.
